Griphoist TU-H - power operated Griphoist machines

Power operated Griphoist machines are connected to a hydraulic power pack which allows remote operation, either singly or together,1 ,2 or 4 Griphoist machines, TU-28H(4,000 lbs.) or TU-32H (8,000 lbs. ), each fitted with a self-reciprocating hydraulic ram.

The power pack may be supplied with a gas engine or an electric motor.

The Griphoist TU-32 is also available with air-operation (ask for model DL-32)

Gripwinch - motorized portable hoists with unlimited length of wire rope

With its exceptional features, the Gripwinch can be used as a winch as well as a materials hoist for a variety of applications.

Models are available up to 2,000 lbs. capacity. Weight:88 to 185 lbs. depending on the model. Speed:35 or 70 ft/mn; dual speed:11/35, 17/35, 35/70, and 17/70 ft/mn.

Power may be electric, hydraulic or pneumatic. The Gripwinch can be supplied fitted within a compact frame with reeler to take up to 1,000 ft of wire rope.

Push Button Pendant Control makes up and down movement safe and easy with "Deadman" type two-button control which activates the unit only when a button is depressed. All BETA MAX hoists come standard with a six-foot operator’s pendant and the ability to extend the pendant for cable remote control.

Safety Limit Stop Control eliminates the worry of accidentally lifting materials too far and damaging the cable drum. The built-in limit switch bar assembly stops the hoist instantly when activated.

Failsafe Brake holds the load securely when not lifting or lowering. Loads are powered up and powered down; no free-falling or slipping

Electrical Controller is simple , rugged and efficient using a sturdy UL approved enclosure. Designed for easy service and long-lasting performance, each unit is equipped with an overload -sensing device to protect the motor from damage caused by overwork or poor power supply. Variable speed controlling device available on some models.

Non-rotating cable helps keep loads from spinning while lifting or lowering. The heavy-duty pulley and hook assembly is designed for units with double-rope capabilities.

Positive and Secure Electrical Connections are standard on BETA MAX equipment. Heavy-duty power and pendant connections are designed to hold up in severe service conditions, and power and control cables are extra-tough for rugged use.

Extended life Gearbox with sealed oil bath gear reduction is guaranteed for 5 years. Sturdy motor housing is designed for cool running and long life. Special internal brake is maintenance-free.
